Easy Architecture is a residential planning service operated by Adam Park as a sole trader.

Easy Architecture was created and is run by the founder of London CAD and Survey Services Ltd, and draws on that business's experience with measured surveys, CAD drawings and residential planning applications. London CAD and Survey Services Ltd is a separate dormant limited company and is not the provider of the Easy Architecture service or the controller of your information.

The data controller for information you provide through this website is Adam Park, trading as Easy Architecture.

Enquiries that do not proceed are kept only as long as reasonably needed and are then deleted.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Cookies and website technology

This website uses only the cookies necessary for the site to function. It does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics services, and it does not use your information for marketing profiling.

9. Third-party services

We use third-party services to host this website and to deliver the enquiries you send us. When you submit the consultation form, the details you provide are emailed to our business email address so we can respond to you, and an automatic acknowledgement is emailed to the address you gave us. We do not send you marketing emails and we do not add you to any mailing list.

We do not use mailing list software, marketing platforms or analytics services. These providers process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

10. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have rights including:

the right to access the personal information we hold about you;
the right to ask us to correct inaccurate information;
the right to ask us to erase your information in certain circumstances;
the right to restrict or object to our processing in certain circumstances;
