We produce the drawings and supporting information required for the planning application.

We manage the application
We submit the application and support you through the planning process.
What you receive
- Existing and proposed plans and elevations, prepared to the standard required for a householder planning application.
- Location and block plans, and the supporting information your council requires.
- Submission of the application on your behalf, with the local authority's statutory planning fee paid separately by you.
- A point of contact throughout the determination period, including responding to officer queries and dealing with reasonable amendments.
The information we need — and where it comes from
We only collect the information actually required for your particular project. For suitable straightforward projects that usually means working from information you supply — existing drawings, photographs and, where needed, a few specific measurements we'll ask you to take, with clear instructions.
We're responsible for producing accurate drawings from the information provided. You're responsible for confirming that what you supply is correct, and we'll check the critical dimensions with you before anything is submitted.
Where a project needs more — a measured survey, additional design work or more extensive drawings — we'll explain what's required and agree the scope and fee with you before proceeding.
Planning drawings are not construction or setting-out drawings. Dimensions and site conditions should always be verified on site before building work begins.
